PARKING

Thanks to the generosity of our friends at ALCO Parking, we are able to offer a discounted parking rate of just $10 for all Summer Under the Stars performances at these two sites:

  • Gold Lot 1 – Main entrance on West General Robinson St.
  • Gold 1 Garage – Main entrance on West General Robinson St.

HEINZ FIELD BAG POLICY

Please note that Heinz Field has a strict Clear Bag Policy.

Your bag(s) MUST fall within these criteria to enter the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through The Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters and at all Steelers Sideline Stores
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Logo on bag cannot exceed 4.5″ tall by 3.4″ wide
  • Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate
  • Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag, however, diaper bags are not permitted
  • Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse.

WEATHER INFORMATION

As of now, all performances are ON, rain or shine! However, if weather conditions exceed Heinz stadium tolerances for wind and lightning, it may be necessary to delay the start time, or cancel the performance depending on the forecast.

  • If a show is cancelled due to weather and not performed, an automatic refund will be issued from Ticketmaster.
  • If a show is cancelled and you want to attend another date, you can request your refund through Ticketmaster and then purchase tickets to your preferred new date.

As a reminder, we are live streaming the performances! You will receive an individualized link to view the livestream the day of your scheduled performance so you can join us from the comfort of home. Additionally, at the stadium there will be monitors inside the covered concourses broadcasting the performance LIVE.

SAFETY AND ARRIVAL TIMES

Your safety is important to us. At Heinz Field, guests are asked to arrive early to eliminate lines at the gates for security screenings. All guests and their belongings will be subject to security screening upon entering and, possibly, searched when exiting.

Guests may enter Heinz Field through Gate A East on North Shore Dr.

For evening performances, Gate A East will open at 7:30pm. The show will begin at 8:30pm.

For matinee performances, Gate A East will open at 12pm. The show will begin at 1pm.

WILL CALL

There will be a Will Call location open for ticket pick up and accessibility needs. If you need assistance, there will be ushers on-site to direct you.

FOOD & BEVERAGE AND MERCHANDISE

Various stadium concession stands will be open for food and beverage purchases before the performance.

Pittsburgh CLO Merchandise will be available for purchase near Gate A East.
