Performance dates, times and casts are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges on individual tickets. Please discuss any special seating needs with the customer service agent at the time your order is placed.

PITTSBURGHCLO.ORG and www.culturaldistrict.org are the OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDERS for Pittsburgh CLO. Tickets from other sources may be: 1) more expensive, 2) invalid and 3) ineligible for assistance. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.
Tickets purchased from official ticket sources cannot be resold, transferred or distributed to any ticket broker or any other person or entity for resale. Should it come to the Pittsburgh CLO’s attention that a ticket purchaser is a ticket broker, all current and future orders may be cancelled without notice or justification of action. Pittsburgh CLO reserves the right to deny admission to any person with a ticket obtained in violation of these terms.
To order by phone, please call the Box Office at 412-456-6666. Tickets can be charged by credit card only. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A handling fee is added to the price of each ticket. Tickets will be mailed out until 1 week prior to the show; after that, all tickets will be held at the box office.

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square. The Box Office will accept cash, checks with valid ID, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
The Box Office at Theater Square is located at 655 Penn Avenue, near 7th Street.

The Benedum Center & Byham Theater Box Offices are only open on performance days, two hours before curtain time through intermission.
If you lose your tickets, call 412-456-6666 for reprints. Reprinted tickets will not be mailed but can be picked up at the Box Office. There is a $2.00 per ticket processing charge.
