What’s the plan for the CLO’s 75th Anniversary Season?

We’re taking our show across the bridge to Heinz Field! That’s right, live musical theater, outdoors, under the stars, and in the best seats at the stadium. We made this decision with YOU in mind – to keep you safe, entertained and celebrating PITTSBURGH! We’re offering two shows this summer and will return to the Benedum Center in 2022 for 6 incredible productions.
 

Is the 2022 show line-up the same?

Yes. The 2022 Summer Season will include: JERSEY BOYS, KINKY BOOTS, A CHORUS LINE, THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, SISTER ACT, and GODSPELL.

I’m a Subscriber – what does this mean for me?

It means you have choices—and they all result in excellent theater. You can use your subscription investment to purchase as many tickets as you like for our two shows at Heinz Field, leave your money on account to use at your discretion later, or apply your entire investment to the 2022 Summer Season in the Benedum. No matter what you choose, we’ll hold your seats at the Benedum (if you’re a fixed-seat subscriber), or keep you at the top of the list for seat allocations.

I’m not a Subscriber – but this sounds AWESOME! When can I buy tickets?

Single Tickets will go on sale to the public on June 7. Sign up for our E-Club to make sure you are the first in line to order your seats.

 

COVID Safety

What COVID-related safety precautions are in place?

We’ve built a socially-distanced seating plan, so you’ll only be seated directly with people in your party. All Heinz Field Covid-19 protocols will be in place for our productions. For more information, please visit https://heinzfield.com/welcomeback/

• When am I getting my tickets?
  We will have more information regarding ticket information coming soon. Please stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.

• If I don’t feel comfortable coming, what happens to my tickets/money/seats?
  No worries! Everything will remain the same, money will remain in your account along with your regular Benedum seats for the 2022 Season. Please let us know via the email that you receive from us with “options” that you’re deferring everything to 2022, and we’ll be in touch later this Summer/Fall about 2022 information.

What are the mask policies?

All Heinz Field Covid-19 protocols including face coverings will be in place for our productions. Face masks are still required indoors and outdoors outside one’s home for people who are unvaccinated. Pennsylvania’s mask mandate will be lifted on Monday, June 28, or when 70% of adult residents are fully vaccinated — whichever comes first.

How does the On Account Money work? What happens to my remaining balance?

• If you choose to come to Heinz Field, your 2022 seats are still held in the Benedum and we will use funds from your 2021 Subscription to cover the costs of show(s) at Heinz. You’ll then get a renewal notice for the 2022 Season with your remaining balance.
   
• If you do NOT come to any of the events at Heinz Field, everything from your 2021 subscription will defer (seats, money, parking passes) to the 2022 Season. Pick-3 Subscribers will be contacted about 2022 seating, as it will likely vary, but we’ll get you as close as we can to your 2021 seats!

• Can I use my On Account Balance to buy additional tickets?
  Yes absolutely! We’re happy to apply any/all of your On Account funds to the Summer 2021 Heinz Events. Please be advised, there will be money that is owed at the time of renewal for the 2022 season, if you wish to renew your Subscription for next year at the Benedum.

We will provide you with seats in your own chosen zone. We’ll do our best to make sure that you will be given the best seats available within the zone that you have chosen. Please contact our Patron Services Department if you have accessible seating needs or changes to your zone!

What is the pricing for CLO Subscribers for the Heinz Field events?

Can I choose my zone for Heinz Field even if it's different (higher price OR lower price) from my zone at the Benedum?

Parking:

What happens if I already paid for parking for the 2021 Summer Season?

Parking will be deferred to your 2022 Summer Subscription – everything will roll ever, no need to re-pay for parking.

Will there be parking available at Heinz Field? 

Thanks to the generosity of our friends at ALCO Parking, we are able to offer a discounted parking rate of just $10 for all Summer Under the Stars performances at these two sites:

• Gold Lot 1 – Main entrance on West General Robinson St. ($10, pay upon entry)
• Gold 1 Garage – Main entrance on West General Robinson St. ($10, pay upon entry)     

Will Annual Fund donor benefits be the same at Heinz Field?

We are working on our new donor benefit packages for 2021 since we will be at this new location, and we are doing our best to keep as many of the benefits we know many of you have come to enjoy and appreciate while adding in some new experiences only available this summer at Heinz Field. Please know we will share this info with you as soon as we can. We will also update our individual donor benefits page on our website in the coming weeks. Thank you very much for your support, patience and understanding. Do I still get to use my two seats for one show at Heinz?

YES.

Can I defer my Gift Certificate to the 2022 Season? 

YES.

I have multiple Gift Certificates for different shows, does this still apply to Heinz Field events?

Yes, anything that you’d have for the 2021 Summer Season can be applied to Heinz Field events, OR deferred to next Summer in the Benedum.

Can my Gift Certificates still be seated with my Subscription seats, even at Heinz Field?

Yes, absolutely. Please leave a comment in the email you should have received that you’d like for us to seat your Gift Certificates with your Subscription seats (and which zone).

What are we allowed to bring with us to Heinz Field? Is there a bag policy? 
Yes - Heinz Field has a strict Clear Bag Policy

Your bag(s) MUST fall within these criteria to enter the stadium:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″

• Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through The Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters and at all Steelers Sideline Stores

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Logo on bag cannot exceed 4.5″ tall by 3.4″ wide

• Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate

• Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag, however, diaper bags are not permitted

• Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse
