Payment Options

All payments are processed manually by CLO Academy staff once your registration is received.

Fall & Spring Classes

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per semester. You have two payment options available to you when registering:

Payment in Full

  • Pay by cash, check, debit, or credit card
  • SAVE 5% when you pay in full for the full school year by September 15.

​Paid By Installment

  • Installment plans are available. Plans may be up to 4 installments per semester.
  • A $25 registration fee is due at time of registration.
  • Payments are deducted by Academy staff on the 1st or 15th of each month (or the first business day following).

Discounts

  • SAVE ON PRIVATE LESSONS by registering for both private lessons and classes
    • Students enrolled in 30-minute lessons and Academy classes receive $50 off per semester.
    • Students enrolled in 60-minute lessons and Academy classes receive $100 off per semester.
    • Private lesson discounts are not available to students who receive scholarship or financial aid.
  • Save 5% by registering for the entire school year and paying in full by September 15th. 
  • SAVE ON REGISTRATIONS by registering more than one student. Save $15 on each additional student's registration.  
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Discounts are not applicable to the Summer Semester.

Class Drop and Transfer Policy

Notice of withdrawal from class must be made in writing - no exceptions.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable
  • Withdrawal before the first class = no tuition payment due
  • Withdrawal after the 2nd week of class = 50% of total tuition due
  • Withdrawal after the 4th week of class = 100% of total tuition due
  • Withdrawal date is calculated based on the date written notice of withdrawal is received.

Students whose accounts are past due will not be allowed to register for class until the account is made current or payment arrangements are made.
