MEAN GIRLS is a fiercely funny and witty musical that brings the iconic 2004 film to the stage. From book writer Tina Fey (30 Rock), this smash-hit musical features a contemporary and catchy score, including songs like "World Burn" and "I'd Rather Be Me." MEAN GIRLS delivers big laughs, non-stop fun, and a reminder of the importance of staying true to yourself.

QUINCY HAMPTON (Aaron Samuels) recently made his Broadway debut in Real Women Have Curves. Previous theatre credits include Pippin and Rent at the Vanguard Theater. He is a two-time nominee for BroadwayWorld NJ’s ‘Best Performer in a Musical’ award and a PaperMill Playhouse Rising Star Awards nominee for ‘Best Male-Identifying Lead in a Musical’. Quincy is currently a student at the University of Michigan.
JENNIFER LYBARGER (Ms. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George) is thrilled to be back on stage having spent the last decade directing at Pittsburgh CAPA 6-12, Little Lake Theater and the Pittsburgh CLO Academy. Past credits include; Shear Madness and A Musical Christmas Carol for Pittsburgh CLO, the national touring companies of Crazy for You, Funny Girl and Copacabana, Off-Broadway: Bye Bye Birdie and many seasons of summer stock at West Virginia Public Theater. Thanks to Mara and Bobby for this incredible opportunity and RL for absolutely everything.
BRADY D. PATSY (Mr. Duvall) is thrilled to return to the Benedum Center stage this summer as Mr. Duvall in Mean Girls! Audiences may recognize Brady from several memorable Pittsburgh CLO productions, including Into the Woods (Cinderella’s Father), Once on This Island (Tonton Julian), Guys and Dolls (Angie the Ox), A Musical Christmas Carol (Cantor/Choir Master), The Color Purple (Pa/Buster), and The Music Man (Ewart Dunlop). Additional favorite credits include Papa Ogre/Papa Bear in Shrek at Bill Haney’s North Shore Theater in Boston, Bustopher Jones/Gus in Cats at West Virginia Public Theater, as well as Javert in Les Misérables, Edna Turnblad in Hairspray, Tom Collins in Rent among others at the Byham Theater. She has performed multiple seasons at Tuacahn Amphitheatre, appearing in Mary Poppins, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (with David Archuleta), Wonderland, Tarzan (assistant dance captain/swing), The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. NIA SIOUX (Ensemble/US Gretchen) is a multi-hyphenate performer, New York Times Bestselling Author, and Pittsburgh native with over 15M followers. A graduate of UCLA, she produced Facebook Watch’s 'Dance with Nia', worked with the Biden Administration, released her second book, Bottom of the Pyramid, a memoir of resilience and self-discovery, and, most recently, appeared in the Off-Broadway production of Cost N' Mayor's 11 to Midnight. Nia would like to thank her family and friends in Pittsburgh for always believing in her, supporting her dreams, and grounding her.
ALEJANDRO TINNELL (Ensemble) is thrilled to be making his CLO debut this season in the ensemble of Mean Girls! He is a rising senior Musical Theatre major with the dance minor at Point Park University and you may have seen him in shows like Steel Pier, Legally Blonde, Urinetown, and Boo’s Halloween House Party through PPU at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. NIA SIOUX (Ensemble/US Gretchen) is a multi-hyphenate performer, New York Times Bestselling Author, and Pittsburgh native with over 15M followers. A graduate of UCLA, she produced Facebook Watch’s 'Dance with Nia', worked with the Biden Administration, released her second book, Bottom of the Pyramid, a memoir of resilience and self-discovery, and, most recently, appeared in the Off-Broadway production of Cost N' Mayor's 11 to Midnight. Nia would like to thank her family and friends in Pittsburgh for always believing in her, supporting her dreams, and grounding her.
ALEJANDRO TINNELL (Ensemble) is thrilled to be making his CLO debut this season in the ensemble of Mean Girls! He is a rising senior Musical Theatre major with the dance minor at Point Park University and you may have seen him in shows like Steel Pier, Legally Blonde, Urinetown, and Boo’s Halloween House Party through PPU at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. He has worked across the globe in multiple productions in the producing, choreography and directing teams.
