MARISSA BUCHHEIT (Gillian Van Ness/Deborah) is ecstatic to be making her CLO Cabaret debut! She is a 2014 graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. Marissa has been seen at various theaters around Pittsburgh and Southern Florida including Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, Front Porch Theatricals, Gulf Coast Symphony and The West Coast Black Theatre Troupe. JOSEY MILLER (Natalie) is elated to make her CLO Cabaret debut! Caroline Nicolian

CAROLINE NICOLIAN (Understudy) is so happy to be performing at the CLO Cabaret again in this fabulous new show! She was last seen on stage this summer as Francesca in The Bridges of Madison County with Carnivale Theatrics. Some past Pittsburgh CLO credits include The Toxic Avenger (Mayor/Ma Ferd), First Date (Casey) and Xanadu (Understudy), to name a few. She was a runner-up for Best Actress in Pittsburgh City Paper's Best of the Burgh in 2017. Many thanks to her husband and fellow understudy Quinn, for helping her “learn all dem lines.” 

Quinn Patrick Shannon

QUINN PATRICK SHANNON (Understudy) is honored to be returning for his tenth production with the Pittsburgh CLO! He most recently appeared as Pittman/Etches in Pittsburgh CLO's Titanic. Other favorites include Nicely Nicely Johnson in the Pittsburgh Public's Guys and Dolls, and Quasimodo in Pittsburgh Musical Theater's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. His favorite work with the CLO has been three, now four productions with his partner in crime, and now his beautiful wife Caroline Nicolian. He would like to dedicate every performance to her.

Jason Shavers

JASON SHAVERS (Monty Price) is thrilled to be returning to the CLO Cabaret stage, having also appeared as the male understudy in both First Date and Perfect Wedding. A native of Pittsburgh, he has had the pleasure to work with many local companies such as City Theatre, Pittsburgh Public Theater, Bricolage, Pittsburgh Musical Theater, Stage Right and is grateful to be entering his 13 th year of employment with Pittsburgh CLO. MARCUS STEVENS (Book & Lyrics) is a member of the BMI Musical Theater Workshop, ASCAP and the Dramatists Guild. He has written the book and lyrics to Red (Richard Rodgers Award), Eastburn Avenue and Yo, Vikings! (published by Samuel French, Inc.). He recently contributed material to Dragons Love Tacos and Other Stories for Theaterworks USA and had the world premiere of his musical Mythic (music by Oran Eldor) at Charing Cross Theatre in London this October. Marcus is also an actor who was seen Off-Broadway in two editions of Forbidden Broadway and in many productions throughout Pittsburgh, including the inaugural production of the CLO Cabaret, Forever Plaid. www.Marcus-Stevens.net.

DAVID DABBON (Music & Concept) is a New York-based composer and arranger who got his start at Pittsburgh CLO as the music intern having worked on various summer seasons at CLO as well as conducted the Gene Kelly Awards. David is the dance arranger for the upcoming Broadway musical Beetlejuice. Other Broadway credits include: Disaster! (Dance Arranger), Sondheim on Sondheim (additional orchestrations). ADAM WACHTER (Music Director) is a composer, lyricist, and music director, and is the recipient of the 2018 Stiles + Drewe Prize for songwriting. He wrote both the score and screenplay for the award-winning short film Sign, and his original musical Tarrytown won the 2017 San Diego Critics’ Circle Award for Best New Musical. His music-directing credits include the New York productions of Old Jews Telling Jokes, Carrie, Unlock’d, and Yank!, as well as shows at many regional theaters, including the Old Globe, Signature Theatre, Barrington Stage, Shakespeare Theatre, Bay Street, The Wallis Annenberg, Weston Playhouse and more. He was recently featured conducting Into the Woods on the primetime ABC television special “Encore!" hosted by Kristen Bell, and his Broadway keyboard credits include War Paint, Allegiance, Finding Neverland and The Addams Family. Adam received his BTA from the University of Michigan and his MA from Goldsmiths, University of London. DANIEL KLUGER (Co-Orchestrator) Broadway: revival of Marvin’s Room, world premiere of Significant Other. Daniel Fish’s Oklahoma!, for which Kluger created new orchestrations for traditional bluegrass instruments. TIM BRADY (Production Stage Manager) returns for his 14th season as PSM at the CLO Cabaret. As an actor, he has appeared in 11 productions of A Musical Christmas Carol and various Summer Season and CLO Cabaret productions with Pittsburgh CLO – most recently Xanadu. Other local theaters that Mr. Brady has performed with include The Pittsburgh Pops, Starlight Productions, The New Pittsburgh Jewish Theatre, Stage Right and The Theatre Factory. Mr. Brady was also the managing director of the Conley Inn Dinner Theater in Irwin for 17 years. Tim starred in the Jason Coll television pilot, “Munhall.”

HEATHER ANKLEY (Assistant Stage Manager) has been a part of the theater arts community in Pittsburgh for almost 20 years. Heather has had the opportunity to work in a variety of live entertainment mediums from Musical Theater and Opera to Dance, Comedy and Rock ‘n’ Roll. Favorite credits include: Pittsburgh CLO’s SPARK Festival, A Musical Christmas Carol, Titanic, Beauty and the Beast, Brigadoon, Newsies, Mamma Mia!, Scottsboro Boys, Wig Out!, Merchant of Venice, Souvenir and Man of La Mancha.

ROBERT NEUMEYER (Associate Music Director/Keyboard) is happy to return to the CLO Cabaret for the world premiere of Game On. As a music director, conductor and arranger, Robert has appeared with Pittsburgh CLO, PMT, City Theatre, Point Park University, Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center and the National Tour of Jersey Boys. Previous CLO credits include Legally Blonde, The Wedding Singer, Altar Boyz, The Toxic Avenger, Xanadu, Up and Away, Titanic as well as serving as conductor and arranger of the annual Gene Kelly Awards.

ARJUN KUMAR (Roy) is excited to be working with Pittsburgh CLO for the first time!  Arjun has previously performed with Little Lake Theatre, 12 Peers Theater, Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre, Throughline Theatre and South Park Theatre, among others.  He also trains with Jill Wadsworth at the Donna Belajac Studio.

DANIEL KLUGER (Co-Orchestrator) Broadway: revival of Marvin’s Room, world premiere of Significant Other. Off Broadway: premieres of I Was Most Alive With You, Animal, The Village Bike, Man From Nebraska, Tribes and Women or Nothing. Daniel Fish’s Oklahoma!, for which Kluger created new orchestrations for traditional bluegrass instruments. Kluger has produced dozens of other scores for Off-Broadway theaters including Lincoln Center, Roundabout Theatre Company, The Atlantic, Second Stage, Playwrights Horizons and Vineyard Theater, as well as some of the country’s premier regional theaters: The Mark Taper Forum, The Ford’s Theater, Yale Repertory Theater. www.danielkluger.com

TIM BRADY (Production Stage Manager) returns for his 14th season as PSM at the CLO Cabaret. As an actor, he has appeared in 11 productions of A Musical Christmas Carol and various Summer Season and CLO Cabaret productions with Pittsburgh CLO – most recently Xanadu. Other local theaters that Mr. Brady has performed with include The Pittsburgh Pops, Starlight Productions, The New Pittsburgh Jewish Theatre, Stage Right and The Theatre Factory. Mr. Brady was also the managing director of the Conley Inn Dinner Theater in Irwin for 17 years. Tim starred in the Jason Coll television pilot, “Munhall.”

HEATHER ANKLEY (Assistant Stage Manager) has been a part of the theater arts community in Pittsburgh for almost 20 years. Heather has had the opportunity to work in a variety of live entertainment mediums from Musical Theater and Opera to Dance, Comedy and Rock ‘n’ Roll. Favorite credits include: Pittsburgh CLO’s SPARK Festival, A Musical Christmas Carol, Titanic, Beauty and the Beast, Brigadoon, Newsies, Mamma Mia!, Scottsboro Boys, Wig Out!, Merchant of Venice, Souvenir and Man of La Mancha.

ROBERT NEUMEYER (Associate Music Director/Keyboard) is happy to return to the CLO Cabaret for the world premiere of Game On. As a music director, conductor and arranger, Robert has appeared with Pittsburgh CLO, PMT, City Theatre, Point Park University, Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center and the National Tour of Jersey Boys. Previous CLO credits include Legally Blonde, The Wedding Singer, Altar Boyz, The Toxic Avenger, Xanadu, Up and Away, Titanic as well as serving as conductor and arranger of the annual Gene Kelly Awards.

ARJUN KUMAR (Roy) is excited to be working with Pittsburgh CLO for the first time!  Arjun has previously performed with Little Lake Theatre, 12 Peers Theater, Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre, Throughline Theatre and South Park Theatre, among others.  He also trains with Jill Wadsworth at the Donna Belajac Studio.
