*The Palomino Menu includes two courses - 1st Course: Choice of Portabella Mushroom Soup; Fresh Soup of the Day; Chevre with toasted pumpkin seeds, mixed greens & extra virgin olive oil or a Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, garlic-parmesan croutons & parmesan. 2nd Course: Oven Roasted Chicken Parmesan with fresh mozzarella, house made garlic tomato sauce and parmesan herb capellini; Blue Crab Cakes with champagne beurre blanc, parmesan polenta, spring greens and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette; Baked Penne with fontina, mozzarella, parmesan, white cheddar & garlic bread crumbs; Capellini Pomodoro with extra virgin olive oil, plum tomato, basil sprig, garlic & shaved parmesan; or Grilled Wild Mushroom Salad with mixed greens, toasted walnuts & crumbled gorgonzola.
