*The Lidia's Italy Menu includes the following: Lidia’s Signature Caesar Salad with Grana Padano and Foccacia Croutons; Choice of entree: Lidia's Pasta Trio ~ this signature dish includes unlimited daily pasta selection served tableside or Scallopine of Chicken with roasted lemons, capers and olives; Biscotti Misti ~ assorted house-made cookies and affogato di caffe.

**The Capital Grille Menu includes: Calamari; Field Greens Salad; Choice of Filet Mignon, Citrus Seared Salmon or Chicken with Roasted Tomatoes and Bell Peppers; Sam’s Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetable; Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake

***The Palomino Menu includes two courses - 1st Course: Choice of Portabella Mushroom Soup; Fresh Soup of the Day; Chevre with toasted pumpkin seeds, mixed greens & extra virgin olive oil or a Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, garlic-parmesan croutons & parmesan. 2nd Course: Oven Roasted Chicken Parmesan with fresh mozzarella, house made garlic tomato sauce and parmesan herb capellini; Blue Crab Cakes with champagne beurre blanc, parmesan polenta, spring greens and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette; Baked Penne with fontina, mozzarella, parmesan, white cheddar & garlic bread crumbs; Capellini Pomodoro with extra virgin olive oil, plum tomato, basil sprig, garlic & shaved parmesan; or Grilled Wild Mushroom Salad with mixed greens, toasted walnuts & crumbled gorgonzola.
