Performance dates, times and casts are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges on individual tickets. Please discuss any special seating needs with the customer service agent at the time your order is placed. The Benedum Center, Byham Theater and CLO Cabaret are fully accessible offering wheelchair locations and infrared-hearing devices.
To Purchase Tickets by Phone
To order by phone, please call the TicketCharge line at 412-456-6666. Tickets can be charged by credit card only. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A handling fee is added to the price of each ticket. Tickets will be mailed out until 1 week prior to the show; after that all tickets will be held at the box office.

To Purchase Tickets at the Theater Square Box Office
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square. The Box Office will accept cash, checks with valid ID, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
The Box Office at Theater Square is located at 655 Penn Avenue, near 7th Street.

The Benedum Center & Byham Theater Box Offices are only open on performance days, two hours before curtain time through intermission.
To Purchase Tickets by Mail
To order tickets by mail, enclose a check or money order (please, no cash) made payable to Pittsburgh CLO or include a valid credit card number with expiration date. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is a $3.00 handling charge per order.

Lost Tickets
If you lose your tickets, call 412-456-6666 for reprints. Reprinted tickets will not be mailed but can be picked up at the Box Office. There is a $2.00 per ticket processing charge.
