Join Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim and a host of colorful characters for a remarkable CLO holiday production of A MUSICAL CHRISTMAS CAROL. ALLISON CAHILL (Charity Worker, Ghost of Christmas Past, Peg) is thrilled to return to CLO’s A Musical Christmas Carol. Recently: Mother Superior-Sister Act, Mrs. Eynsford Hill-My Fair Lady (Pittsburgh Public Theatre). Pgh CLO Productions: Oliver!, The Full Monty, Music Man, and Sound of Music. Favorite roles: Abigail-1776, Roxy-Chicago, Anita-West Side Story, Charity-Sweet Charity, Diana Morales-A Chorus Line. Proud AEA Member since 1990.

JUSTIN FORTUNATO (Fred, Businessman) is honored to be returning to A Musical Christmas Carol for his fifth year.  Credits include: Pittsburgh Public Theater, PICT, The REP, PCLO, Primestage, St.Vincent Summer theatre, and Dream catcher theatre. He is the co-founder of Carrnivale Theatrics and is currently the Artistic Producing Director of Lincoln Park Center for the Performing Arts. He is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association.  

LISA ANN GOLDSMITH (Mrs. Cratchit) is back for her sixth year! She last appeared as Kate Rearden in the World Premiere of “Windfall” at Arkansas Rep, directed by Jason Alexander of “Seinfeld” fame, and most recently for CLO as Gretchen in Boeing Boeing at the CLO Cabaret.  Lisa Ann has appeared locally and regionally with notable companies such as Pittsburgh Public Theater, Quantum Theatre, PICT, Primary Stages, Theatre by the Sea, Human Race Theatre Company and many others.  Lisa Ann also has numerous film and television credits. www.lisaanngoldsmith.com

BRITTANY GRAHAM (Caroler) is delighted to rejoin the cast of "A Musical Christmas Carol" for its 25th anniversary celebration. She was recently seen performing as June in "The Musical of Musicals the Musical" with Off The WALL productions. Brittany's other credits include: featured vocalist for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Sessions (Off Broadway), The Club, Zombies from the Beyond, The Frogs, Ragtime, and more. She holds a BA from Point Park University. Brittany sends a very "Merry Christmas" to her friends, family, husband, and son.

ASHTON GUTHRIE (Wilkins, Watkins, Undertaker) is so excited to return to Pittsburgh for his favorite time of year! Pittsburgh credits include: A Musical Christmas Carol (Pittsburgh CLO 2014, 2015), Guys and Dolls and My Fair Lady (Pittsburgh Public). Recent Point Park grad now living in New York City. LUKE HALFERTY (Young Scrooge, Town Crier, Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come) is thrilled to return to The Pittsburgh CLO, where he was last seen in The 39 Steps and First Date. Regional: Man of La Mancha, Annie, The Fantasticks, The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Henry IV and Shadowlands. Additional: Young Frankenstein, Les Misérables and The Cotton Patch Gospel. Film: Silence of the Lambs, The Piano Lesson, The Mothman Prophecies, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and The Fault in Our Stars.

LARA HAYHURST (Caroler) is thrilled to be back at the Pittsburgh CLO for her second year in AMCC.  A resident of NYC but native of Pittsburgh, Lara has also been seen in Pittsburgh CLO’s Legally Blonde, and at the Pittsburgh Public Theater (Company) and Pittsburgh Musical Theater (Young Frankenstein, Legally Blonde, The Sound of Music). DANIEL KRELL (Marley's Ghost, Young Marley, Businessman) has appeared in over 35 productions with Pittsburgh CLO and has acted in major roles locally in theaters such as the Pittsburgh Public Theater, City Theatre, Quantum, Bricolage, PICT and The Rep; and regionally at Clarence Brown Theatre and Gateway Playhouse. Mr. Krell is also a veteran of many films, commercials, industrials and voice-overs. Up next: Twelfth Night at the Public.

JULIA PALADINO (Missy Watkins, Martha Cratchit) is thrilled to be returning to PCLO to join the cast of A Musical Christmas Carol! Some of her regional credits include Maria in West Side Story, Luisa in The Fantasticks, Bet in Oliver, and many more. Julia would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support! 
 

GAVAN PAMER (Caroler) happily returns to the Pittsburgh CLO A Musical Christmas Carol family. Recent credits include: Pittsburgh Public Theater: The Fantasticks (Hucklebee), Guys and Dolls (Benny Southstreet); Pittsburgh CLO: Damn Yankees (Van Buren), Man of La Mancha (Padre), 42nd Street (Andy Lee); Off the Wall: Musical of Musicals (Jidder); Temple Theatre: The Addams Family (Uncle Fester); National Tours: CATS, 42nd Street, A Chorus Line.

MARCO ATTILIO PETRUCCI (Tiny Tim) is making his debut performance with A Musical Christmas Carol. Marco, a 3rd grader at St. Therese, is currently attending and loving his first year at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy. Marco is fluent in Italian and he studies piano at the Carnegie Mellon Music Preparatory School. He also loves making inventions and science experiments.

BENJAMIN PIMENTAL (Peter Cratchit, Young Scrooge's Schoolmate) is thrilled to be returning to Pittsburgh CLO’s A Musical Christmas Carol! Originally from Mount Pleasant, PA and a current freshman BFA Musical Theater major at the College-Conservatory of Music, he has worked regionally with amazing companies like the Pittsburgh CLO, Apple Hill Playhouse, and Stage Right! Lots of love and thanks to his amazing parents and teachers.

ALLAN SNYDER (Caroler) is thrilled to join the Christmas Carol family. He was last seen at the CLO Cabaret Theatre as Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps. A recent transplant to Pittsburgh, he appeared on Broadway in Les Misérables, off-Broadway in The Fantasticks, and in the national tour of The Phantom of the Opera, many times in the title role. Love to Kate and our soon-to-be Christmas miracle!

ERIKA STRASBURG (Bess, Belle) is so excited to be back for her fourth year with A Musical Christmas Carol! Other Pittsburgh credits include the CLO Cabaret, Kinetic Theatre, barebones productions, City Theatre Company, and Quantum Theatre. For my fiancé...can't wait to marry you.

 

MARK TINKEY (Topper, Vendors, Schoolmaster) returns  to A Musical Christmas Carol, having previously played Dick Wilkins and Fred. Credits for Pittsburgh CLO include Shear Madness and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. He has also performed with the Pittsburgh Playhouse REP company, originating the role of Joey in FBI Girl, and playing Frank in their production of All My Sons directed by Robert Miller.

TERRY WICKLINE (Mrs. Dilber, Mrs. Fezziwig) is very happy to spend the holidays with the AMCC family once again! Credits include many Pittsburgh CLO productions, as well as Pittsburgh Public Theater, PICT, Quantum, Unseam”d Shakespeare, Pittsburgh Musical Theater, West Virginia Public, St. Vincent’s Theatre, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, and Theatre By The Sea. She was last seen as Hannah in THE SPITFIRE GRILL at the New Hazlett Theatre. Be Merry!

MAGAN DEE YANTKO (Caroler) is thrilled to be involved with A Musical Christmas Carol again! She graduated with a B.F.A. musical theatre degree from Point Park University and has worked with Pittsburgh companies such as Carrnivale Theatrics, Barebones productions, Playhouse Jr. and Prime Stage. Special thanks to family and friends for the support and unconditional love! I love you with my everything mom!

MADDIE DICK (Cratchit Child) is thrilled for the opportunity to perform in A Musical Christmas Carol! Previous Pittsburgh CLO productions: "Gretl" in The Sound of Music; Gypsy Children’s Ensemble. Thanks to the Pittsburgh CLO, Kim, and supportive family. Enjoy the show!

 

ABIGAIL GILMAN (Cratchit Child), a 7th grader at Harding Middle School, is thrilled to be making her professional debut. Previous roles include Jane Banks in Mary Poppins and Sebastian in The Little Mermaid. She is a second year CLO Academy student.

 

SIMON NIGAM (Cratchit Child) returns to A Musical Christmas Carol for his fifth year. He has performed with: Prime Stage Theatre, Pittsburgh Opera, Stage 62, University of Pittsburgh Stages, COMTRA Theatre, Heritage Players. Mr. Nigam is a student at the Pittsburgh CLO and a fifth grader at the Falk School.
 

MARIO WILLIAMS (Turkey Boy) is a 6th grader at St. Louise de Marillac enjoying his fifth appearance in A Musical Christmas Carol.  Previous roles include Tiny Tim and Michael Banks in Pittsburgh CLO’s Mary Poppins. He is currently in his fourth year at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy.  

DAVID H. BELL (Technical Supervisor / Adapter) is currently the Director of the Music Theatre Program at Northwestern University and the Artistic Director of the American Music Theatre Project. David has worked on and off Broadway, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and internationally. He was the Artistic Director of Ford’s Theatre in Washington DC and the Associate Artistic Director of the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta (with Kenny Leon). His work in Chicago has earned him 44 Joseph Jefferson Award nominations as a director, choreographer or author (winning 11). He has also been nominated for the Olivier Award (for the London Production of his HOT MIKADO).

McCRAE HARDY (Music Director) returns to A Musical Christmas Carol for his 21st season. McCrae was music director/conductor for the North Carolina Theatre in Raleigh, NC from 1984-2005 and Unto These Hills, 1977-2005. Currently, he is the Conductor for The Triangle Youth Symphony and Music Director for The Lost Colony. He holds the Raleigh Medal of Arts “for extraordinary achievement in the arts.” McCrae lives in Garner, NC with his partner, Eric, and their three children, Alex, Cristofer and Amélie.

D MARTYN BOOKWALTER (Scenic Designer) is proud to have shared this 25-year journey of A Musical Christmas Carol with David Bell and the Pittsburgh CLO having designed the original production.  He has designed more than 500 productions for theatres across the country, He was the art director of the Fox TV show “MADtv,” for which he received eight consecutive Emmy nominations. Other awards include the 2001 Angstrom Lighting Lifetime Achievement Award from the L.A. Drama Critics Circle, four Drama Critics Circle awards, and a Sarah Siddons Award for Design Excellence.

ANDREW DAVID OSTROWSKI (Lighting Designer) It is a pleasure returning to this annual holiday production. Andy has designed approximately 250 shows in the pittsburgh area for almost every company in this city. Recent productions include Salome for Pittsburgh Opera, The Play with Rocky Bleier at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. KIMBERLY WICK (Costume Designer) As Vice President of COSTUME WORLD, Kimberly has designed wardrobes for theatre productions including The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Drowsy Chaperone and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Costume World, with locations in Dallas, Austin, Pittsburgh, and Ft. Lauderdale, provides nearly 1,000 costumes weekly to theatres nationwide and worldwide. CINDY KNIGHT (Stage Manager) is very happy to be returning as the stage manager for A Musical Christmas Carol with Pittsburgh CLO. Cindy is also the Production Stage Manager for Pittsburgh Opera. Previously she was on the staff of New York City Opera at Lincoln Center and currently is a member of the stage management staff at Opera Theatre of St. Louis.

HEATHER ANKLEY (Assistant Stage Manager) Since earning her degree in Stage Management from Point Park University, Heather has Stage Managed with The Pittsburgh Opera, Utah Opera, The REP, PICT and worked at the Byham Theater as a Stage Technician. Credits include: Merchant of Venice, Wig Out!, Choir Boy, Souvenir, Barnum, The Last Five Years, Man of La Mancha, Carmen, Dead Man Walking, The Magic Flute, Billy Budd, Hansel and Gretel, The Marriage of Figaro and La Boheme.

MARK TINKEY (Topper, Vendors, Schoolmaster) returns  to A Musical Christmas Carol, having previously played Dick Wilkins and Fred. Credits for Pittsburgh CLO include Shear Madness and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. He has also performed with the Pittsburgh Playhouse REP company, originating the role of Joey in FBI Girl, and playing Frank in their production of All My Sons directed by Robert Miller.

TERRY WICKLINE (Mrs. Dilber, Mrs. Fezziwig) is very happy to spend the holidays with the AMCC family once again! Credits include many Pittsburgh CLO productions, as well as Pittsburgh Public Theater, PICT, Quantum, Unseam”d Shakespeare, Pittsburgh Musical Theater, West Virginia Public, St. Vincent’s Theatre, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, and Theatre By The Sea. She was last seen as Hannah in THE SPITFIRE GRILL at the New Hazlett Theatre. Be Merry!

MAGAN DEE YANTKO (Caroler) is thrilled to be involved with A Musical Christmas Carol again! She graduated with a B.F.A. musical theatre degree from Point Park University and has worked with Pittsburgh companies such as Carrnivale Theatrics, Barebones productions, Playhouse Jr. and Prime Stage. Special thanks to family and friends for the support and unconditional love! I love you with my everything mom!

ABIGAIL GILMAN (Cratchit Child), a 7th grader at Harding Middle School, is thrilled to be making her professional debut. Previous roles include Jane Banks in Mary Poppins and Sebastian in The Little Mermaid. She is a second year CLO Academy student.

 

SIMON NIGAM (Cratchit Child) returns to A Musical Christmas Carol for his fifth year. He has performed with: Prime Stage Theatre, Pittsburgh Opera, Stage 62, University of Pittsburgh Stages, COMTRA Theatre, Heritage Players. Mr. Nigam is a student at the Pittsburgh CLO and a fifth grader at the Falk School.
 

MARIO WILLIAMS (Turkey Boy) is a 6th grader at St. Louise de Marillac enjoying his fifth appearance in A Musical Christmas Carol.  Previous roles include Tiny Tim and Michael Banks in Pittsburgh CLO’s Mary Poppins. He is currently in his fourth year at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy.  

DAVID H. BELL (Technical Supervisor / Adapter) is currently the Director of the Music Theatre Program at Northwestern University and the Artistic Director of the American Music Theatre Project. David has worked on and off Broadway, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and internationally. He was the Artistic Director of Ford’s Theatre in Washington DC and the Associate Artistic Director of the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta (with Kenny Leon). His work in Chicago has earned him 44 Joseph Jefferson Award nominations as a director, choreographer or author (winning 11). He has also been nominated for the Olivier Award (for the London Production of his HOT MIKADO).

McCRAE HARDY (Music Director) returns to A Musical Christmas Carol for his 21st season. McCrae was music director/conductor for the North Carolina Theatre in Raleigh, NC from 1984-2005 and Unto These Hills, 1977-2005. Currently, he is the Conductor for The Triangle Youth Symphony and Music Director for The Lost Colony. He holds the Raleigh Medal of Arts “for extraordinary achievement in the arts.” McCrae lives in Garner, NC with his partner, Eric, and their three children, Alex, Cristofer and Amélie.

D MARTYN BOOKWALTER (Scenic Designer) is proud to have shared this 25-year journey of A Musical Christmas Carol with David Bell and the Pittsburgh CLO having designed the original production.  He has designed more than 500 productions for theatres across the country, He was the art director of the Fox TV show “MADtv,” for which he received eight consecutive Emmy nominations. Other awards include the 2001 Angstrom Lighting Lifetime Achievement Award from the L.A. Drama Critics Circle, four Drama Critics Circle awards, and a Sarah Siddons Award for Design Excellence.

ANDREW DAVID OSTROWSKI (Lighting Designer) It is a pleasure returning to this annual holiday production. Andy has designed approximately 250 shows in the pittsburgh area for almost every company in this city. Recent productions include Salome for Pittsburgh Opera, The Play with Rocky Bleier at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. CINDY KNIGHT (Stage Manager) is very happy to be returning as the stage manager for A Musical Christmas Carol with Pittsburgh CLO. Cindy is also the Production Stage Manager for Pittsburgh Opera. Previously she was on the staff of New York City Opera at Lincoln Center and currently is a member of the stage management staff at Opera Theatre of St. Louis.

HEATHER ANKLEY (Assistant Stage Manager) Since earning her degree in Stage Management from Point Park University, Heather has Stage Managed with The Pittsburgh Opera, Utah Opera, The REP, PICT and worked at the Byham Theater as a Stage Technician. Credits include: Merchant of Venice, Wig Out!, Choir Boy, Souvenir, Barnum, The Last Five Years, Man of La Mancha, Carmen, Dead Man Walking, The Magic Flute, Billy Budd, Hansel and Gretel, The Marriage of Figaro and La Boheme.
