Date/Time:

• Friday, March 2, 2012
• 7:00 p.m. (Connoisseurs' Package buyers admitted at 6:30 p.m.)

Location:

• The Duquesne Club is located at 325 Sixth Avenue between Smithfield and Wood, across from the First Presbyterian Church
• The event is in the main dining room on the 2nd floor
• Entry may be reached directly from the Smithfield & Liberty parking garage.  Enter through the door marked Duquesne Club to the right of the elevators on the 6th floor of the garage.  This will lead to the 4th floor of the Duquesne Club.  Take the second bank of elevators to the 2nd floor

Tickets:

• No tickets are mailed out - all reservations (including raffle tickets for Connoisseurs) are held at the door
• Connoisseur tickets include:
        - One Ticket to the event
        - Three raffle tickets
        - Early admission to the event featuring a special performance by students from the CLO Academy of Musical Theater
        - A listing in the event program
        - A commemorative wine glass
• Event sells out quickly, so order your tickets early

Dress:

• Event is NOT black tie
• The Duquesne Club requires gentlemen to wear a jacket and tie
• Dress for women ranges from cocktail to business attire

Raffle:

• Grand prize trip is for two
• Winner need not be present
• The air travel may originate from any city in the continental United States
• Raffle tickets are available the evening of the event

Auction:

• Auction checkout will be held at the end of the event.  High bidders who are no longer present will be contacted by phone to make payment and pick-up arrangements
• Payment can be made by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover
