Pittsburgh CLO welcomes all audience members and strives to make everyone’s visit as comfortable and accessible as possible. Please read below for specific information on accessibility at the Benedum Center, Byham Theater and CLO Cabaret.
Benedum Center
Notification to Physically Challenged Patrons:
- Wheelchairs are available for transition from the entrance to your seat location.
- Wheelchair locations are available on the Main Floor only.
- Rest rooms with accessible features are located in the Grand Lobby.
- Guide dogs gladly accommodated. Please inquire when buying tickets.
- Water cups are available in accessible rest rooms or at any bar location.
- Elevator in Grand Lobby serves all levels of the Benedum Center.
- Doormen and ushers are available for assistance.
- Infrared assistive listening devices are available free of charge in the Grand Lobby. Please check with an usher upon arrival.
If a wheelchair location is desired, please notify the ticket service representative at the time of purchase. This will help us ensure that the fixed seat will be removed prior to your arrival at the theater.
Byham Theater
Notification to Physically Challenged Patrons:
- Wheelchairs are available for transition from the entrance to your seat location.
- Wheelchair locations are available on the Main Floor only.
- Rest room facilities for physically challenged patrons are located in the lobby and on the lower level. A family rest room is located at each level for patrons requiring the assistance of a companion.
- Guide dogs gladly accommodated. Please inquire when buying tickets.
- Water cups are available at the bar location or in the family rest rooms.
- Elevator in lobby serves all levels of the Byham Theater.
- Doormen and ushers are available for assistance.
- Infrared assistive listening devices are available free of charge in the lobby. Please check with the house manager upon arrival.

CLO Cabaret
Notification to Physically Challenged Patrons:
- Wheelchairs are available for transition from the entrance to your seat location.
- Wheelchair locations are available.
- All CLO Cabaret facilities are located at street level.
- Rest rooms with accessible features are located in the entrance corridor to the Cabaret.
- Guide dogs gladly accommodated. Please inquire when buying tickets.
- Water cups are available at the bar location.
- Doormen and ushers are available for assistance.
- Infrared assistive listening devices are available free of charge. Please check with an usher upon arrival.
