2023/2024 Class Registration
The CLO Academy is offering all classes onsite with the option to join online.
All onsite classes will be held at the CLO Academy. All onsite classes can be live-streamed for those students who wish to have a studio experience, but still wish to attend class online due to health or location restrictions.
IMPORTANT DATES for the 2023/2024 School Year:
First Semester: September 2, 2023-December 17, 2023
October 7 & 8: NO CLASSES.
November 21-26: Thanksgiving Break (no classes)
Second Semester: January 16, 2024-April 28, 2024
Thursday Classes: January 25, 2024-May 2, 2024
March 26-31, 2024: Spring Break (No classes)
Before registering, please read the following:
- A $25 registration fee is due at the time of registration.
A list of Payment Options and our Class Drop Policy is available here. - Current families can enroll online through our Parent Portal.
- New families can enroll by clicking the register link for the class, or by calling 412-281-2234.
- If you are applying for Scholarship or Financial Aid, call 412-281-2234 to schedule your appointment.

ONSITE Classes
Onsite classes will be offered at the CLO Academy as well as streamed online.
If the onsite class you register for is full, you will be placed on the waitlist. We will contact you if an onsite space opens up.
Online classes are available. Every class has the option to be online. When registering for classes, simply state in the "Comments" section that you wish to be online and a staff member will provide you with the information to login in and attend your classes. Welcoming children ages 3-9, the PNC Children's school focuses on developing self-confidence and exploring creativity through the fundamentals of musical theater. Classes conveniently meet once a week. Packages and individual classes are available.

The Pre-Professional School at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy is designed for students 10-18 planning to pursue a higher level of education and future career in theater arts. Here, students will be able to hone their craft alongside working professionals while growing into their own artistry.

CLO Academy is happy to offer a variety of classes for Ages 18+! Adult Classes are a welcoming, non-judgmental way to learn a new skill or re-invigorate a former passion. Classes conveniently meet once a week in the evenings.
Private Lessons
Ages 8+
Private lessons are designed to enhance both training and confidence. You can select from our menu of options or design a class catered to your needs. We offer versatile faculty to meet your diverse needs. We can design a private lesson specific to meet your needs. Private Lessons are offered by appointment, once a week per session and can be onsite at the CLO Academy, or in a virtual setting via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

New Horizons

For over 25 years, the CLO New Horizons program has been teaching performing arts to people with disabilities. Sing, dance and act in the convenience of your own location, as our new online classes allow us to bring our musical theater classes to you. Meet new friends. Learn from our professional and experienced faculty. Perform and have fun, together.
Our professional faculty tailor each learning experience to meet our students’ talents and interests. Students will hone their craft, rehearse performances and explore new ways to express themselves creatively. Together, our students evolve as thriving artists, showcasing their talents with joy.
