 The Kelly Circle Program enables the CLO to provide free tickets to students, seniors and special audiences, including the clients of over 140 service organizations in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area, many of whom would not otherwise be able to attend. During 2007 alone, over 4,000 tickets were distributed.
