FLEXIBILITY
Reserved seats are held for a 50% deposit. Your balance isn’t due until 6 weeks prior to your performance, giving you the flexibility to either add or release seats as needed.

EVENT PLANNING

Organizing a group can sometimes feel overwhelming. Pittsburgh CLO’s Group Sales Department is here to make it easy! Below you'll find a list of Frequently Asked Questions. Please don't hesitate to contact them by phone or email if you have further questions.

How much do I save?
Depending on the show, discounts range from 10%-15% percent off the regular price. There is a flat $10 processing fee per group vs. individual ticket fees when bought through the box office.

When can I start reserving seats for the Summer Season?
We begin taking reservations as soon as our shows are announced. Group Seating for the Summer Season begins in early Spring and will be filled in a first come first serve basis based on our advance reservations.

Can the members of my Group pay individually?
We do not accept individual payments from the members in your group. As the group leader, you are responsible for collecting and making payments. We accept checks (personal, company, cashiers, money order) and we’ll gladly take Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Do we need to sit together or in a block?
Some people may want to spend more or less than others. Therefore, you do not need to purchase your tickets all in the same price level. You just need to attend the same performance. If you want everyone in your group to sit together, we can do that as well. The earlier you order your tickets before they go on sale to the general public, the better chance you have of this happening. Once tickets go on sale to the general public, we will give you the best available seats we have at the time.

May I add seats to my order?
Yes, from the time the original order is placed to the time of final payment. If you have already paid for your order, you can increase your number (subject to availability.) You may not decrease your order after final payment. As long as you keep the group minimum, you get the group buyer benefits.
